What I collect
When you place an order or create an account, I collect your name, email address, and any project details you share. Payments are processed by Stripe; I never see or store your card details.
How I use it
- To deliver the content and services you purchased.
- To send order confirmations, delivery notifications, and account-related emails.
- To respond to support requests and improve the service.
Who I share it with
I use a small set of trusted providers to run the business: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database & auth), and Resend (transactional email). Each only sees the data needed to do its job. I do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
I use functional cookies for authentication and basic analytics so I can keep the site running and improve it. No third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete your account at any time. Email joline@aicontenteditingservices.com and I'll respond within 30 days.
Data retention
I keep order records for as long as needed to provide the service and comply with tax/legal obligations. Delivered articles remain in your account until you delete them or close your account.
