1. Who I am
AI Content Editing Services ("I," "me," or "Joline") is a content writing and editing service operated by Joline Clark. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms.
2. Scope of work
I deliver written content (articles, social posts, retainers) based on the package you purchase. Word counts, niches, and delivery cadence are listed on the order page and in your confirmation email. Anything outside the agreed scope requires a new order.
3. Turnaround & delivery
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days for one-off articles and as scheduled for retainers. I deliver finished work to your account dashboard and notify you by email.
4. Revisions
One-off articles include up to two rounds of revisions. Retainer plans include unlimited reasonable revisions within the scope of the original brief. Substantial rewrites or changes in direction may be quoted separately.
5. Payment
All orders are paid in advance via Stripe. Retainers are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account page.
6. Intellectual property
Once payment clears and you approve the delivery, full rights to the final content transfer to you. I may reference the engagement type in my portfolio in general terms but will not publish your content without permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use my service for illegal, deceptive, defamatory, or hateful content. I reserve the right to decline or refund any project that conflicts with my values.
8. Limitation of liability
My liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. I make no guarantees about search rankings, traffic, or business outcomes.
9. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
