Before work starts
If you change your mind before I've begun drafting, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order. Just email me.
After work has started
Once drafting begins, refunds are prorated based on the work already completed. I'd rather fix it than refund it—every one-off article includes two rounds of revisions so I can get it right.
Monthly retainers
Retainers can be cancelled at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current month is non-refundable but you'll continue to receive everything included in the period you've already paid for.
Delivered & approved work
Once you've approved a delivery, the work is considered complete and is non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email joline@aicontenteditingservices.com with your order number. I'll respond within two business days and process approved refunds back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
